Commonwealth Scholarships and Fellowship Plan (CSFP) 2019 Nomination Interview

The Federal Minister of Education, invites all candidates who had successfully completed the Commonwealth Scholarships and Fellowship Plan (CSFP) application form via the Electronic Application System (EAS), and fulfilled all necessary requirements stipulated in the 2019 CSFP Prospectus, to attend Nomination Interview as scheduled below: 

INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS:
All candidates who successfully submitted the online EAS forms are expected to come with the following documents for the interview:

1. Two (2) hard copies of the EAS forms;
2. Evidence of submission of three (3) referees’ reports;
3. Evidence of Supporting statement from UK Supervisor for PhD only;
4. Original academic transcripts;
5. Original and copy of NYSC discharge/exemption Certificate;
6. Two (2) passport size photographs; and
7. Evidence of any special awards(s), prizes, academic publications and sample of work

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• i. Candidates must ensure that they are duly accredited before the interview;
• ii. Any candidate without the requirements mentioned above will not be accredited for the interview;
• iii. No interview will be conducted for any candidate who fails to attend the
• interview on the date scheduled for their zone of origin;
• iv. All Foreign certificates must be accompanied by the official English
• translation and evaluation;
• v. Candidates are advised to monitor the progress of their online application to ascertain the status of the referee’s response before the date of the interview; and
• vi. Only candidates who chose Federal Scholarship Board as their Nominating Agency are to attend the interview.

CANDIDATES WITHOUT:
(i) A minimum of Second Class Upper (21) degree
(ii) NYSC discharge/exemption certificate; and
(iii) Admission letter from any of the UK universities listed in the
Commonwealth site; need not to appear for the interview.
